Hanoi Kitchen åbnede sommeren 2024 med ønsket om at skabe et sted, hvor fantastisk mad og nærvær går hånd i hånd. Vi lægger vægt på varme, gæstfrihed og den autentiske smag fra Vietnams hovedstad, Hanoi.
Med vores placering på Slotsgade – Hillerøds livlige shoppinggade – ønsker vi at bringe både traditionelle og moderne Vietnamesiske retter til byen i en afslappet og indbydende atmosfære.

We tried their real Pho Bo & The beef broth is extremely good - I cannot say this enough and their beef slices are succulent!
We asked to swap one bowl for a marinated chicken with the same beef broth and the Chefs were happy to modify accordingly 10/10 for accomodating and service as well .
